because of the heat, we decided turning our day of ZAZEN into an evening of ZAZEN.

Sunday, 02.07. 2023 from 19:00 – 22:30 including half an hour break ( 20:30- 21:00) in the DOJO TAI KU AN, Barão São João, Lagos

Drinks will be served, all on donation base.

Come and join us, sitting in silence creats wonderful energies for everybody.

   this consiousness is the healing and nurturing basis for our daily lives.

this coming day of ZAZEN, 14th of May 2023 in the Dojo Tai Ku An in Barão        São João,  will be a little bit different as usual. For several reasons.

We start at 16:00 in the afternoon until 19:00, ( 16:00-17:30, 17:45 – 19:00)

afterwards we meet for dinner all together in Barão São João.
