Sitting in silence, meeting yourself.

Sunday the 6th of July 2014 we meet in the Dojo Tai Ku An in Barão de São João for ZAZEN. We´ll start at 9:00am and we finish at 18:00pm. A vegetarian lunch will be served. All based on donations.
