On Sunday, 1st of June, we will have a day of ZAZEN in the Zen Dojo Tai Ku An near Barão de São João. We will start at  9 am and will finish at  6 pm. A vegetarian lunch will be served. Donation  based. Please feel welcome.

O tempo e as circunstâncias estão permanentemente a mudar as nossas vidas. Inúmeras coisas passam e nós nunca iremos vê-las novamente. A nossa mente também esta sempre a mudar. Algumas pessoas se perguntam: se isso é verdade, então no que podemos realmente contar?
