4th May – Zazen day
Sunday, 4th of May, we will held a day of Zazen in the Dojo Tai Ku An near Barão São João, Lagos.
We will begin with the first Zazen at 9 am and finish at 6 pm. A vegetarian lunch will be served. Donation based.
