On Sunday 1. of September there will be again the possibility to investigate body and mind  through the practice of ZAZEN in the Dojo Tai Ku An near Barão de São João . We will start at  9 am  and will finish at  6 pm . A vegetarian lunch will be served. Donation based . Feel welcome.
