GOING  and  COMING

spring changing into summer.  zazen, sitting in silence, permanently coming and going, birth and death, don´t be confused about staying or leaving, bad and good,    just now  .

Sunday,  2nd of June ,  we will have a day of ZAZEN  in the Dojo Tai Ku An near Barão São João. We will start at  9 am and will finish at  6 pm.  For lunch a vegetarian meal will be served. Donation based , feel wellcome.                                                Gasho  Carl
