dear friends of ZAZEN ,  while I am writing this note for our website-info  there are only few hours left of this year 2012 . Though at every moment something passes and something new starts to begin,  it is on the last day of December that a a huge number of people  on planet earth celebrates the beginning of  a new year.  So lets join them :  to all of you a happy and healthy and compassionate  2013  !  !  !

All changement is inbeded into continuity . Sunday ,  6th of January ,  will be our monthly day of  ZAZEN  in the Dojo Tai  Ku  An in Barão São João . We start at 9 am and  finish at    6 pm .  A vegetarian lunch will be served .  Donation based .

Annette will lead this day of ZAZEN.
